Due to the fact that we have no way of knowing whether or not the items purchased from our site are cared for as directed, craftygirlz.com regret that we cannot give refunds or exchanges.


Orders
Generally, craftygirlz.com does not take orders for most items. However, if you wish, you may use the contact feature and request an order. At that point it will be up to the artist to decide whether or not she has the time and/or  materials to complete an additional order.
